Terms of Service – EcomStability Academy Ltd

1. Introduction

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the online training, courses, resources, and mentorship services provided by EcomStability Academy Ltd (“we”, “us”, “our”).
By purchasing or using our services (via Paddle or otherwise), you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use our services.

2. Merchant of Record & Payment Provider

  • All purchases are handled by Paddle.com Inc. or its affiliates. Paddle acts as the Merchant of Record, which means it processes payments, issues invoices, handles applicable taxes (VAT, etc.), and is responsible for payment-related support.

  • You acknowledge that your contract for payment is with Paddle when you purchase through their checkout.

3. Services Provided

  • Access to training modules, video lessons, written content, tools, templates, and mentorship as detailed on our sales page.

  • Access is granted once payment is confirmed and remains active according to the plan you purchase (one-time purchase or subscription, as described).

4. License & Use

  • You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the course materials for your personal use only.

  • You may not share your login credentials or course materials with third parties.

  • All intellectual property (content, design, trademarks) remains with EcomStability Academy Ltd or its licensors.

5. Subscription, Renewal & Cancellation

  • If your purchase includes a subscription plan:

    • The subscription renews automatically at the end of each billing cycle unless canceled at least 24H before the renewal date via the account settings or Paddle’s management tools.

  • You may cancel your subscription at any time; cancellation will take effect at the end of the current period.

6. Refunds & Withdrawals

  • Refunds are processed in accordance with our Refund Policy, which is incorporated into this Terms (see section 7).

  • For digital products delivered immediately (e.g., video access), once delivery is triggered, the right of withdrawal may be lost as per applicable consumer protection laws.

  • All refund requests must be made via Paddle or by contacting our support at SUPPORT@ECOMSTABILITY.COM

7. Refund Policy

  • If you are a consumer under the law where you live, you have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days, in line with the applicable legislation, if the product has not yet been accessed/used.

  • If you start using/accessing content immediately (e.g. login to a course), you may lose the right to that 14-day cancellation period.

  • Refunds for dissatisfaction or change of mind are subject to discretion and are processed through Paddle.

  • In case of defective content, or inability to access content due to technical issues, we will attempt to remediate or provide refunds as appropriate.

8. User Responsibilities

  • You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and at all times.

  • You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure.

  • You agree not to misuse the service, including attempting to hack, duplicate content, infringe copyrights, redistribute content, or use content for illegal purposes.

9. Privacy & Data Protection

  • Our Privacy Policy is incorporated into these Terms. We collect personal data necessary to deliver the training, manage your account, and fulfill legal obligations.

  • Paddle handles payment data and applicable financial transaction data as per their policies.

  • All data will be processed in compliance with applicable laws (e.g. GDPR if you are in the EU).

10. Limitation of Liability

  • To the maximum extent allowed by law, EcomStability Academy Ltd will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of or related to your use of or inability to use our services.

  • Our liability in respect of any event or series of connected events will be limited to the amount you paid for the product in question.

11. Termination

  • We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the service if you breach these Terms.

  • Upon termination, you must cease use of the course materials and we may remove access immediately.

12. Changes to These Terms

  • We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will post the updated version on our site with a new “Last Updated” date.

  • Continued use of the services after such changes will constitute your acceptance of the revised Terms.

13. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

  • These Terms are governed by the laws of UNITED KINGDOM.

  • Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of LONDON
