Refund Policy – EcomStability Academy Ltd

1. Introduction

Thank you for purchasing a course or training program from EcomStability Academy Ltd.
We aim to ensure your satisfaction with our educational content and services.

This Refund Policy explains when you may be eligible for a refund, how to request one, and how Paddle (our payment processor) handles refund transactions.

2. Merchant of Record

All payments for our products are processed securely by Paddle.com, which acts as the Merchant of Record for all purchases.
Paddle handles invoicing, taxes (VAT), and refund transactions on our behalf.

If your payment was processed via Paddle, any eligible refund will also be handled through Paddle.

3. Digital Products & Instant Access

Our training programs, courses, and digital products are delivered instantly upon purchase.
Once access is granted to your account (e.g., when login credentials or modules are accessible), the content is considered “used” and is non-refundable under consumer protection laws for digital goods (Directive (EU) 2011/83).

However, we may issue refunds in special circumstances, as described below.

4. 14-Day Right of Withdrawal (EU/EEA Customers)

If you are an EU or EEA resident, you have a legal right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of the transaction date — provided you have not accessed or started using the digital content.

Once you access the course platform or download any content, you lose this right to withdrawal under EU law.

5. Discretionary Refunds

We may, at our sole discretion, provide a refund in the following situations:

  • You purchased the same course twice by mistake.

  • You were unable to access the training due to a verified technical issue.

All refund requests must be submitted within 14 days of purchase.

Refund approvals are case-by-case and not guaranteed once access has been used.

6. How to Request a Refund

  • Reason for the refund request

2️⃣ Your request will be reviewed within 3–5 business days.
3️⃣ If approved, the refund will be processed via Paddle to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

7. Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:

  • You have already accessed, watched, or downloaded the course materials.

  • You change your mind after starting the program.

  • You fail to implement or complete the training.

  • Your request is submitted more than 14 days after purchase.

  • You purchased during a promotion, special offer, or final sale clearly marked as “non-refundable”.

8. Subscription Payments

If you enrolled in a recurring subscription plan, you may cancel at any time through your Paddle account or via the “Manage Subscription” link in your receipt.
Cancellation stops future renewals but does not refund previous payments.
